Monitoring gives you visibility into your supply chain every day, all day, 365 days a year. FreightWatch uses a combination of tracking devices, people and systems to actively monitor your valuable cargo when in transit. The state-of-the-art FreightWatch Command and Control Center monitors your cargo, alerts you if there is deviation from the route or unauthorized stops, and ensures that drivers comply with your standards. 

• Alerts: Route deviation, unauthorized stops, unauthorized or early departure/stopping, delivery.
• Geo-Routing: Once the safest routes are established, we create a virtual fence around your routes; if FreightWatch detects a deviation, you will be notified - immediately.
• Shipment Coordination: The Command and Control Center services as the final check on your shipment’s data to ensure that all pertinent information is collected. If a discrepancy occurs, our escalation protocols go into effect immediately. 
• If a load is detected off-course or stolen, FreightWatch takes control immediately. Our resolution protocol is 99% effective recovering and securing loads.
