Two recent cargo thefts in Jacksonville, FL have gone against the typically non-violent modus operandi of North American cargo theft.On June 12th, several unknown suspects kidnapped the driver delivering a load of deli foods. The driver was later released but his tractor, trailer and load were not recovered.On July 25th, the driver of a load of produce was kidnapped and released a few hours later. The tractor, trailer and load were recovered locally later the same day.
