Our global Command & Control Centers have complete visibility into the location of your cargo—all day, every day. These state-of-the-art centers monitor your cargo and alert you if there is deviation from the pre-determined route or any unauthorized stops, and ensure that the drivers comply with your transport and delivery standards.
Command & Control Center Capabilities
Electronic Alerts
We receive immediate notification of any route deviation, unauthorized or early departure/stopping and final delivery.
Geo-Routing
Once the safest routes are established, we create a “virtual fence” around them. If FreightWatch detects a deviation, you will be notified—immediately.
Shipment Coordination
The Command & Control Center serves as the final check on your shipment’s data to ensure that all pertinent information is collected. If a discrepancy occurs, our escalation protocols go into effect immediately.
Recovery Resolution
If a load is detected off-course or stolen, FreightWatch takes control immediately, engaging law enforcement and coordinating an immediate recovery to get the cargo back on schedule for an on-time delivery. To date, our resolution protocol is 100% effective recovering and securing loads.
Constant Communication
Dialogue between dispatch and the driver is critical in the event of a security breach. In the event of an emergency, the Command & Control Center can activate a kill-switch embedded in the tractor.
